- 6pm – 9pm “Phat Tire Bike Shop Short Track” / Achord’s MX Track at Elk Ranch
- 9:30pm – “Phat Tire Short Track” Awards / Sparky’s

- 8am – 9:30am “PTD Downhill” Registration / Adventure Subaru Tent at Lake Leatherwood Sports Fields.

- 10am – Children’s Fun Ride / Adventure Subaru Tent at Lake Leatherwood Sports Fields.
- 12pm – Black Bass / Lary’s Loops Trail Ride / Inn of the Ozarks
- 12pm – XC course pre-ride / Basin Park.
- 12pm – Children’s Fun Ride / Black Bass Lake
- 1pm – “Super Fat Observed Trials” Registration / Adventure Subaru Hospitality Tent at Harmon Park.
- 2pm – Trimble Ranch Trail Ride / Trimble Compound in Berryville.
- 2pm – “PTD Downhill” Awards / Angler’s Restaurant.
- 3pm – “Super Fat Observed Trials” / Adventure Subaru Hospitality Tent at Harmon Park.
- 4pm – Black Bass / Larry Loops Trail Ride
- 7pm – XC Pre-registration & Pool Party / Inn of the Ozarks

- 7am – 8:45am XC registration / City Auditorium.
- 9am – TIMEX “Race to the Lake XC” Start/ Basin Park.
- 10am -Children’s Rodeo starts / Adventure Subaru Kid’s Tent at Lake Leatherwood Park Sports Fields.
- 1pm – Children’s Race / Adventure Subaru Hospitality Tent at Lake Leatherwood Park Sports Fields.
- 12pm – Saris Brat and Cheese fest / Lake Leatherwood Sports Fields
- 2pm – XC & Final awards ceremony / Adventure Subaru Hospitality Tent at Lake Leatherwood Park Sports Fields
